1GLOBAL Entitlement Server integrates seamlessly into operator environments using standard protocols and secure APIs. Integration is established via the Diameter SWm protocol between AAA 3GPP gateways and ES, along with secure HTTPS-based REST APIs for provisioning and activation. OAuth2.0 is used for authentication, and a secureVPN tunnel protects all traffic between operator systems and the Entitlement Server. Web sheets can be hosted by 1GLOBAL or directly by the operator—allowing for greater flexibility and efficiency depending on setup preferences. Integration with the SM-DP+ is handled via the ES2+ interface.

The platform is fully compliant with both Apple and GSMA TS.43 specifications, ensuring compatibility across all major OEMs.

1GLOBAL’s solution is harmless to the operator’s CRM: all device-facing logic is processed within the Entitlement Server, abstracting OEM complexity and shielding operator backends from custom development.

Unlike other solutions, 1GLOBAL implements all processing logic directly on the Entitlement Server. This allows the ES to handle requests and responses from Apple or Android devices without involving the operator’s backend for service logic. The only communication with the operator’s systems is limited to standard provisioning orders— reducing complexity and risk.
